Have you guys watched "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" yet? While it sometimes seems a little bit forced, the last 2-3 episodes have been well-written and the characters seem to be growing in depth. I especially like the main character Amy's little sister Ashlee. She is supposed to be 13 and in the 8th grade, but is played more like a typical teen than most other characters on the show. The only two things I don't like about the show is that all the "main" characters are white/Anglo/Caucasian (pick your favorite) except for the dance team girl who sleeps around - she is Hispanic in RL, but has the Anglo name Lee. Her mother is also played by a Colombian actress. But back on point there is only one Black/African-American character. There are two Asian characters, which is really cool! But their school does not look like any school you'd find in Texas - that's for sure. But the topic of teen pregnancy and over sexualization of our culture are timely and handled well.
Hi Guys-
Thanks for an excellent show!
Not the same tone at all, but ambiance of the show reminded of "Two Lane Blacktop" - The life being lived to the sound of an engine. Very creative.
I just ordered "Freaks and Geeks". I may use it in "Conflict Resolution" (the principal says it's an English class. Go figure) 2nd semester.

Congratulations on getting the free stuff to review. That's how you know you've arrived in the podcasting world. :) Great show as always. Incidentally, your discussion of notetaking promoted me to blog about online notebooks.

Question:
the livescribe pen (don't know if you still have it or not) but have you tried copying the paper, does that work or not?
