It was wonderful to hear Jenny's voice and the way in which she is going about bring technology to her colleagues. It can indeed be a lonely experience but I think Jenny has just the right attitude - just to be helpful and warm and welcoming and to hold hands when necessary.
It has given me something to aspire to.
