Here in Texas, our test scores have been a part of our individual teacher assessments for a long time. It is one of several elements on the evaluation instrument called PDAS. Download it here www5.esc13.net/pdas/docs/PDASTeacherManual.pdf
Go to page 56 to see the actual form. Our test scores and AYP equal 5 out of 50 total points or 10 percent of our evaluation.
